Our Client- Fruit Graders ,a leading giant in the industry of supplying used fruit grading and sorting machines globally showcased at Fruit Logistica 2025 trade show held for the global fruit and vegetable business, that took place in Berlin from February 5th to 7th, 2025. Our client Fruit Graders conveyed their abstract idea of a creative exhibition stand that would gravitate maximum footfall enhancing their brand awareness among their desired clientele.
How We Did It- Our main focus was to transform clients' imagination into an appealing tangible exhibition stand. Challenges We Faced-
Bringing an idea into life does require lots of dedication and an innate urge to pass through all the hurdles that come along the way. Of course, we can't foresee the challenges but we always remain prepared to tackle it head on.
Here are a few obstacles we dealt with while building and installing trade show exhibit:
Intricate Design Feature
The booth design needed hanging suspension to showcase a 360 degrees view of the company's logo. Fixing the suspension to the ceiling was a challenge as its heavy and its better positioning matters. But, our esteemed team carried out the process effectively giving the booth an attractive look.
Regulatory approval from the Organiser
Once the design is finalised, the next step is to get the approval of the show organiser to set up the booth. To get the green light from the show organiser we maintained a clear coordination with them. A smooth coordination with the show organiser helped us to get all the required approvals for installing the exhibition stand.
Time Crunch
We need to remain under the timeline decided for the installation of the booth. That being said, we have to execute our whole process of designing to installation within the time frame decided.
